A value out of limits opens a non-conformity the same day, not at the audit.

This is where the day's records land: temperatures of each unit, cleaning of each station and the check on what comes through the door. The station's QR opens the one that is due.

It is signed with the PIN of whoever does it and keeps its timestamp. A record is not signed with blank lines: either the value is noted, or it is stated as not done.
