The floor, the kitchen, the bakehouse and the counter each have their own. They take turns on their own; tap one to stay.
A public page per service, showing the slots that are really free. The email with its .ics, the reminder before the hour and the calendar of whoever attends all go out on their own.
A table, a booth or a service slot are the same resource underneath: a window of time that gets taken. And that same table is the one that reads the menu QR.
The customer orders from their phone and the ticket appears on the screen of whoever prepares it. A dish IS a recipe, so what gets ordered draws down its ingredients.
The station QR opens the check that is due, it is signed with the PIN of whoever does it and it keeps its timestamp. If a reading goes out of range, it shows in red the same day.
Points and cashback in separate purses, and the campaign overrides the balance. The card carries your brand and the same barcode your till already reads.
The customer opens the case from the form, attachments and all. It keeps its owner, its team and the device it affects, and the clock runs on its own, respecting your opening hours.
Change the trade and you change what you sell, not the software. Open the second site and you set up nothing new: the catalogue and the recipes are already there, and the sales add themselves up.
A bakery does not need the same as a distributor or a restaurant with a dining room. Each module is switched on separately and they all work on the same data, so turning a new one on never means loading anything twice.
The ERP runs in the browser; these four are installed on a device because they have to work with the shutters down and no line. The till, the warehouse handheld, the order screen and the food-safety tablet. What you see below is not a screenshot: it is each program, with its real screen. Touch anything you like.
