This site uses analytics and marketing cookies, and none is installed until you accept. We ask when you arrive, you can say yes to one purpose and no to the other, and refusing everything takes exactly the same as accepting everything: one click.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file that a site stores on your device. Spanish law (LSSI) only requires consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary (analytics or advertising).

What we use

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to know which pages are visited, how many people read us and where navigation gets stuck. It is there to improve the site, not to follow you around.

Clarity also anonymously records mouse movement, clicks and scrolling to build heatmaps and replay the session. Text you type into forms is masked and never reaches the recording. If you refuse analytics, nothing is recorded.

Marketing. We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to know whether our ads work and to build advertising audiences. It is the only advertising purpose on the site, and it has its own checkbox: you can accept analytics and refuse this one.

In the private area (app.atazel.com) we only use technical storage that is essential to sign in and remember your preferences (theme and language). It is essential: without it the application does not work, so it does not require consent.

Your consent

Until you choose, nothing is loaded: neither Google's script, nor Microsoft's, nor LinkedIn's. You can accept analytics only, marketing only, both or neither, and change your mind whenever you like.

We store your choice with its date so we can prove that we asked, as the GDPR requires: a random identifier for your browser, what you accepted, the version of this text and your network (not your full IP address). That record does not say who you are and is not cross-referenced with anything.

Outside the European Union

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Clarity by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited and the Insight Tag by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. All three also process data in the United States. The transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. IP addresses are truncated before being stored.

How to manage them

You can delete or block storage from your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent you from signing in to the application.

Changes

If in future we add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and put a prior consent banner in place before installing them.
