From the pay forecast to the entry and the social-security file.
From gross to net, and the entry writes itself: 640 and 642 against 465, 476 and 4751.
You keep each employee's contract with their contribution group and bank account, and the pay forecast works out what you will pay each month, with overtime, bonuses and contribution bases.
When it is posted, the withholding goes to 4751 and the employer's contribution to 476. And if your accountant sends the payslips already done, there is no need to type them: they are read and posted.
You do not have to switch everything on. Tell us how you work and we will tell you where to start. ATAZEL is in testing: write to [email protected].
